Oliwell GO OIL is California “Genuine Olive Oil” from its noble Italian cultivars.
For millennia, the populations of the Mediterranean regions appreciated olive and the exquisite contribution of “Genuine Olive Oil” to the enjoyable taste of fresh and cooked food, its simple digestion and healthy metabolizing, its medicinal and nutritional effects. Oliwell’s mission is the divulgation of “Genuine Olive Oil”, as tradition intended. Our GO OIL is now available to share with wellness and culinary oriented friends.

Oliwell planted 300 olive trees of the prestigious Leccino cultivar from Italy.

California acclimation was perfected over time
More trees were subsequently added.
The olive crop was enough to be pressed for a first “taste test” of such GO OIL.
The crop was cold pressed for the first meaningful lot of GO OIL: 30 gallons!

Presently, over 1,000 olive trees of the above cultivars are thriving in our two farms.
They are visible in the picturesque rural western hills of southern Santa Clara valley. The early small harvests were enough only for producing dehydrated and pickled olives. Per Italian tradition, food is “Genuine” if obtained with the simplest original process. The intended olive crops were for “Genuine Olive Oil” which we like labeling “GO OIL”.
